As requested, we advise an hour before arriving ... once on the spot I have to call because nowhere does it say B & B ... they tell me that you have to wait 20/30 minutes because the girl who welcomes you is not there. is ... we discover that they do with everyone like this ... there is no reception here ... no one lives in here ... So we wait at 32 degrees ... from the photos they put on Booking it seems a beautiful historic building but unfortunately it is not that but a dilapidated house located in the alley next to the beautiful building ... Let's go inside and I tell you to do ... very steep and very narrow stairs ... we enter the room and I begin to notice the first defects ... very small bathroom and a lot of humidity under the ceiling ... I open the bedside drawer and find a sanitary napkin, beer caps and crumbled biscuits ... avant-garde against Covid just ... (for the record I also say that they came to clean immediately ... while I was in the room ) ... today I was about to take a shower and turn off the power in the whole building ... I call and what do they answer me ... ??? The usual 20/30 minutes to get someone here ... fortunately they do before ... I forgot ... in the meantime the power is disconnected other times ... In conclusion... I can say that the location is really perfect but I recommend putting the photo of the real palace and not of the Jesuit basilica on the side ... Anyway I don't recommend it.

We were staying in this structure..choosing the room with a whirlpool bath ... pity that the owner calls us the same day telling us that the whirlpool probably was leaking ... we had arrived and we entered to see what the situation was like ..and the tub was leaking ... the owner did not show up and he was rude towards us, that for just cause we wanted to go away ... who knows how long the whirlpool was not used .. ..... 1 star because you can't do less

Beautiful place and location only flaw found cold room, I suggest heating it for the arrival of guests. Other than this good experience

In the center, apartment on two levels, suitable for two couples of adults, two bathrooms, absolutely recommended, a little more for breakfast would not hurt, lemon x tea, water in the fridge and napkins. If we go back to BARI we come back here !!
