We have stayed in this villa with our two daughters over the summer and we would not recommend this accommodation for families. The reason why we have booked it was walking distance to the beaches, however, these were concrete beaches and totally unsuitable for children. Our host Magda was friendly enough, although for someone who does not have kids we have felt very patronised and intimidated most of the time. She kept saying what is good or not good for our 'babies' (our daughters which were 8 and 6 at that time!) and how careful we should be. For example when our girls were swimming in the pool (they both can swim and we have never left them unattended). She kept telling us what we should do and where to go all the time which we felt she wanted to get rid of us. Her behaviour was completely different to other guests without kids. On the other hand, we have explored the area as we felt uncomfortable staying in, which was great, as there were some lovely beaches further, towards to Monopoli which we wished we have stayed in the first place. This accommodation is too expensive for what it is and especially, feels more like staying with relatives than paying accommodation!
Great Host and awesome Homemade Apple Strudel for Breakfast. Only downside is its about 7 km from the Bari Old Town.

Fabulous, Family run, welcoming, attentive to the needs of their guests, we felt at home, rooms with air conditioning, 50 meters from the sea, there is a swimming pool, perfect solution.
