Nice hotel to stay, rooms are clean and stylish!
Really nice bar downstairs, especially during COVID
Our stay was perfect here. Went away for my birthday and this was a very hetro-friendly hotel! The hotel was in a great location, easy to get to transport links and had lovely cafes nearby! The staff were so accommodating and the rooms were so clean. The balcony had glass windows all around so we could enjoy some winter sun without getting cold!
Sadly my room was dirty! Sheets and bathroom full of spots and Hair from other guests - kinda ruined my new year! Stuff wasn’t friendly and treat me like they don’t care. Not heterofriendly m.Breakfast was limited (guess cause of corona) bit charging 16 euros I recommend not to take breakfast and have it in one of the nice places in the area. Barcelona has a lot of good hotels so i will choose another one next time. What a dissapointment.
I was shocked about how nice was the customer service. Waiter asked what we want, offered some alternatives and asked later if everything is ok. This is something new, as before customer service was not existing. Very nice change! Prices are higher than normal, but you will seat on high floor with nice views. So it’s ok.
The room is nice but it's not soundproof. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens outside your door so you better hope you get quiet neighbors. The bathroom was good although a bidet would've been appreciated, loved the shower though. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful when you need them. I appreciated the welcoming gift and the daily free condoms.
