First things first, the staff is outstanding, with a special emphasis on Bruno who was extremely helpful, kind and gave us all the tips we needed for a great trip. Obrigado Bruno!
The rooms are small, but cozy, the terrace is very beautiful and you have an overall feeling that you're in a friends house, not an hotel.
The location is also perfect, at a walking distance from several Barcelona highlights, near to the train station that goes to and from the airport, and surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars.
The theme, wine of course, is very well represented everywhere you go, from the welcome drink to the decor. The wine tasting is also very interesting.
I definitely recommend it.
I did enjoy this hotel. Very modern and cool. On a busy street so pretty loud, but cool balcony. I will say the room was tiny. Bed two night stands, no walking space, no desk, or chair. The bathroom was small too, but toilet is separate from the comfortable stand up shower. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance of a ton. I will say that some of the staff was busy doing their own thing most of the time so not exceptional but not bad either. Overall no issues, just tiny, but worth it. I would stay again.
Staff just doesn't know what they are doing. Better trained staff would make this a better hotel. Dissapointed
Beautiful hotel , warm atmosphere , reception smells cool , great location , cosy rooms , very good shower , cleaning service great !! Late check out with no fee ! I definitely recommend this hotel thanks to Prakrit hotel we really enjoyed our time there.
Great and stylish place. We were able to walk absolutely everywhere. This is a great location. Very friendly staff, the wine guy from Catalan was very friendly and really knew his wines. All the staff we encountered were very nice. Very clean spaces and fun wine list. The wifi was absolutely terrible which is why I'm taking off a star, we needed to book things and do some research but it only worked in the foyer. Tried using it in our room which was on the 5rh floor, the hallway and the foyer and the only place it actually worked was the foyer. We found out on our last day they offered pocket wifi but they could have done a better job communicating that either in the booking, confirmation email or just offered it at checkin. That would have made a world of difference for us.
