I booked a room in this hotel for this summer. I was so very excited to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, because of the coronavirus and travel restrictions I cannot travel to Barcelona from the US. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though it is not my fault for not using the reservation. It’s so very unfair, beware before you use this hotel chain.
Great location and view, but kitchen is too small. I stayed in the studio and I thought I would a full size kitchen, but only got two stop tops, a microwave with grill and literally one tiny pot to cook from. Also, the bed was way to soft and made my sleep a little bit uncomfortable. I was really debating to give it 3 stars because of that, but then went for 4 because cleaning, communication and style of the apartment have been impeccable.
We stayed in the room with the hot tub. Definitely the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Much better than the photos. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices are a bit limited but I would still give this hotel a 10/10 because the room was so exceptional.
Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, and near Sagrada
Wonderful place. Rented apartment for a week. Kids liked it as their own from the first day, and didn't want to leave. Staff was also very polite!
