It was nice stay, but I would like to mention things which personally I was missing. First of for breakfast of 12€ you could add a bit bigger choice of food for vegetarians. As all I had to eat was bread, tomatoes and olive oil. Other than this it would be nice if you would add slippers to the room. We were staying in superior room, and I didn’t bring any of my slippers, as usually 4 stars hotels provide you with them. We really like the view and the cleanliness of our room. Too bad that spa wasn’t working due to covid
Great hotel, remarkable design all over, rooms, concierge, restaurant, bar... the staff was extremely helpful, warm and kind. Great venue in the heart of the city. I will definetly be back!
It's clean, it's quiet, located in a good area, massive Carrefour and shopping centre just across the road, 25 minutes walking from the city centre and the staff are very helpful

i would put ZERO STARS if i could!
whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE. they DO NOT FOLLOW ANY COVID19 protocol. no gel sanitizer, temperature check, mandatory use of mask, nothing. only signs that tell you to follow a non-existent protocol. a lot of people staying so we are not sure they have reduced their capacity. only ONE person at reception and NO SECURITY AT ALL when entering.
the elevators don’t work properly, the bedroom doors do not close properly, the sink of the bathroom did work properly, and smell of cigarrettes on the hallway.
we ended up doing an early check-out about 20 minutes after we arrived. we definitely did not feel safe in this hotel.
if you plan to have a relaxed vacation, try another hotel and do not waste your time as we did.
the poor girl at the reception was very nice but overwhelmed with all the guests waiting for their turn at reception because as i said, she was all alone trying to make things better.
