Very cozy and modern hotel in Bansko!
Very hospitable and kind service. Amazing, comfortable in modern design rooms. Lovely mineral water swimming pool and small private style sauna! Food and wine on top level! Good for summer & winter vacation!

Really liked it! The staff is friendly, the place is clean and ohh the spa was on a whole another level! The only thing I did not like was that is was hard to park my car because I came with my family but that did not change the fact that the experience was excellent!This is my hotel in Bansko! See you next winter!
Oh and yeah it's a 5 minute walk to the gondola.
I had a very negative experience. For a professional meeting (the room was prepaid) I asked the receptionist if I can bring my wife with me and when saying yes she forgot to mention that the price doubles. So when we arrived we needed to pay a reasonable amount of money. Be careful about pricing as they use these tricks.
