Ok. Customer service is fine but it could be much better. Room service is 0. Felt like someone came into my room to just fold up my bed and "clean" the mess but..nothing special. Facilities are great but they need some rework. I can't really express my feelings but I wouldn't go there again. Next time i will try another hotel
I was about to give 3 stars but the service was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. When we were given the room we had no towels at all so we informed the receptionist. She was replying saying that her colleague doesn't work now and she can't do nothing about that. We pressed her even more so she gave us head towels to use for our body. The cleaning is nowhere to be seen. Breakfast very decent, the spa was decent, and the rooms didn't have a character and style. Would not recommend.
The hotel restaurant gave me food poisoning. The rooms were not cleaned properly with bleach after vomit (I offered to do this myself) this really ruined my last day of the holiday.
not really clean hoten but sure not dirty. we met only 2 people who could speak English... we asked for 2 more shampoo universals and the receptionist told us that he thinks that shampoo is not included in the price but finally he gave us some.
