Lovely place at a very good location! The hosts are very nice. You should definitely ask them for the Bansko free tour and also for a massage at the hotel.
Great hotel at a good price. We felt very comfortable, the rooms are big and cozy and clean. The breakfast was a bit simple and you might get bored by the same food every day. All in all, a very good and friendly place to stay.
