Firstly I have to mention the amazing food. I've never been so well fed! Dietary requirements were happily catered for and catered for extremely well. Each evening meal was well planned out and delicious with excellent portion sizes. We were greeted each day on our return by an amazing home made cake and snacks.
Everything was taken care of our transfers to and from the airport, lifts to the gondola, ski hire, ski pass etc Everything went super smoothly because of Rachael and Josh's excellent hosting.
The chalet itself is lovely, all rooms come as en suite and even the lower down rooms have amazing views. Super comfy sofas for relaxing in the evening in the living room. The Hot tub and Sauna were a welcome treat after a day skiing.
Would 100% recommend Snowflake Chalets even if you just go for the amazing food. A big thank you to Rachael Josh and Graham for making us feel so welcome and at home.
Had such a great time here! Rachael and Josh were amazing hosts! They sorted out everything for us from transfers to ski lessons and trips to the hot pools. The chalet itself was great, cosy, clean and had a couple of areas to chill out after skiing, not to mention the hot tub and sauna!!! It was in the middle of both old town and new town which were moth a short walk away. The food was incredible! Good hearty food after a day of skiing and catered for all requirements... as well as cakes and snacks on return after skiing..... and the unlimited beer and wine!It’s great value for money and I couldn’t recommend snowflakes chalets enough!! Thanks for a great time!!
An amazing week in Bansko staying at snowflake chalet! Rachel and Josh are awesome hosts and couldn’t do more to make us feel welcomed and at home! Josh’s food and menu was amazing, especially considering our dietary requirements. The chalet was homely and pristine, we especially loved the hot tub. Staying at the chalet really made our holiday and we can’t thank Rachel and josh enough for making the experience one of a kind. We can’t wait to come back and create more amazing memories!
We had an absolutely fantastic week staying at Snowflake Chalet. Rachael and Josh are fantastic hosts, happy to help out with any requests or questions we had, helping us to organise a few activities in the evenings such as places to eat and a visit to the local geothermal baths. They also managed to strike the perfect balance of being fantastic company but also giving us the space to enjoy being away as a group of friends.
Any review of Snowflake Chalet has to include the food! The food is all cooked from scratch and is of such an amazing standard. We had a mixture of meat eaters and vegans in our group, and they could cater to that with absolutely no problems and with some truly phenomenal dishes.
The chalet itself is situated within 5 minutes walk of the bottom of the gondola and can easily be done with ski boots on, but the lifts from Rachael and Josh were always appreciated! The chalet is also within a couple minutes walk of some of the best eateries in town, so if you want to eat out you never have far to walk.
Fantastic family ski trip staying at Snowflake Chalet. From booking to departure, Rachael & Josh have looked after us and all our needs so well, plus their new addition to the team Graham.
The chalet is modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped & the food is to die for, Josh’s menu is a constant conversation, from the afternoon cake waiting for us after a great day on the slopes to the amazing meals every night. Plus the hot tub & sauna, a great place to chill out & relax with a beer or glass of wine. Can’t recommend Snowflake chalet more, keep up the great work guys
