We are so satisfied that we chose the perfect place to stay in Bansko.
One thing that stood our to us in the reviews was the food and they were not wrong. The breakfast and dinner is so outstanding! Every single plate we were served was incredibly delicious. We also were told about Bulgarian culture and typical kinds of food throughout dinner - it made for a wonderful experience! I can really recommend getting the dinner package if you are skiing. After a long tiring day on the slopes, you are served an amazing dinner in their beautifully decorated dining room, it can't be beat.
The rooms are cozy and the perfect warm retreat after our days of skiing. The shower has excellent water pressure and gets as hot as you need it to be.
The balcony is also super cozy. Overall the hotel has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. You also get a discount at a great ski-rental place!
Large hotels can be so bland and we are glad we didn't choose one of those. If you are looking for a more authentic experience, a place with lots of character, and caring service - this is your place!

The staff is lovely. Vlad was very kind, a real host. This is a very old 150 years old house, really authentic. Just like it’s kitchen. All the dinners and breakfast were amazing. The center and the gondola is also very close by walk. The place is dog friendly :) They also offer a great discount in 360 ski rental and it’s right in front of the gondola.
Probably one of the nicest stays ever. Reminded me of my childhood holidays in Cornwall. So nice, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Lovely people. The House itself is charming and the food delicious. Vlad and Lilli, the perfect hosts. The only slight negative is the bathrooms/wet rooms are small but this is a consequence of the buildings limitations so honestly it wasn't a problem in reality.
The location is perfect but not good wifi in the room and extaordinary small bathroom
