Everything was perfect.
The "ski / bike / hike" in the name describes this hotel very well - the right place for active people looking for a "base camp" from which to enjoy this part of Pirin.
The price is just right for the services offered. Reservation was made over the phone with no hassle and everything was tip-top on arrival. The hotel is designed with French and Swiss alpine retro chic; the restaurant is a minimalist gem - well done. Kids' room, TV viewing room and a cozy lobby complete it.
Some signs of wear and tear are visible so some repairs and refreshment are due.
What I disliked:
- The real rooms have nothing to do with the pics from the website
- Far too expensive for what you get
- Warm beer was served in the restaurant
- Bar did not work
- Food was OK, but had to be arranged in shifts due to Corona
- Sauna was open only 4 hrs a day
- Despite specific request we got a room with street view instead of mountain view
- Extremely loud misic in the lobby till 2a.m
- Location and surrondungs are not OK

- Good bathroom
Overall: good hotel if you pay half the asked prices
Great place for holidays. It is comfortable, clean, super delicious and everyone is very welcoming. Definitely great holiday!
Good breakfast, nice people, clean rooms, big relaxing area with tv, pool table, darts, close to ski area.
