We celebrated the New Year here. The restaurant place is beautiful decorated, with fireplace where you can sit and relax. Rooms are nice and tidy. On the second floor is warm, some people from our group said that on the third floor was cold in the night. But we were given small heater if it's cold.
The thing that I didn't like was because we were using Campanella as a guest house we didn't receive towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. And when we asked why the explanation was because we are not using the place like hotel... Which was very strange for all of us.
Amazing little hotel. Rooms are excellent, interior of the hotel very charming and cute without being kitsch. Excellent staff. Incredible breakfast. Highly recommend.
The hotel is nice, modern furnishings and facilities. However the service was very poor. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper on several occasions and also for the rooms to be cleaned. One day when the cleaners had been in, one of them was complaining that there were clothes all over one of our parties bedrooms, she was moaning about it to all the other guests. This was unacceptable in my opinion. We were a large family group and on booking were assured of English speaking staff but communication was very difficult, thank heavens for google translator! We were also promised a free hourly shuttle to the gondola, and back in the evening however on 3 out of 5 occasions it didn't show up in the afternoon and we had to trudge back on foot with all our ski gear or get a cab. One more thing...the breakfast was nice but if you wanted proper breakfast tea, instead of Bulgarian herbal tea, there was a charge for tea bags and milk equivalent to 3 euro which I thought was very unfair. The machine dispensed coffee wasn't great either.
Love this place, warm welcome from staff, home comforts a real gem.
A good value central guesthouse in Bansko. If you are looking for a cheap but nice and clean place to stay this is a good choice. The rooms were nice and equipped with everything you need (except a working fridge and hair dryer)
The sauna is brand new and fine but the sauna relax area was still under construction (February 2019)
Breakfast das quite nice and even offered fresh pancakes, french toast.
The skishuttle offered worked smoothly
The staff doesn’t speak English very well but they trying really hard to help you out and they are very friendly !
