It was wonderful our stay at this hotel, we talked previously with the manager and we asked for an offer and we got the best room with fireplace. Our first anniversary got the best moments at this hotel. We ordered room service and we got 20% off and the waiter was very helpful and kind. By the way, the staff was very polite and professional!
Pet friendly!!! Our chihuahua felt very well in the suite.

The Junior Suite is big and a little bit cold (A/C necessary for the night).
When we enter the room, was disturbing smell of cigarette smoke (after ventilating the room the smell gone).
The best hotel in Bansko, awesome staff great rooms, top star restaurant. Best value for money. I can live there
