Amazing hospitality, great food and service (

Excellent service and conditions. My family and I were extremely well cared for during our stay at the hotel. We had made a reservation for a large room with a kitchen, but as soon as we arrived, we were offered to stay in an apartment at the SAME PRICE. The place is quiet and well maintained. It is very suitable for a holiday with small children, as there is a separate playroom. The whole staff is extremely kind and responsive. They managed to contribute to our good experience in Bansko.

Five-star hotel very good morning ... and the main ... personalized smile Christos Christina and Magdalena will remain unmoving with their smile and their helpfulness! I recommend it unreservedly !!!
