The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the room is large but a bit dark due to the dark colors of the english style furniture. In general, the materials used are of a better quality than other 4 stats hotels in the area. I could blame the fact that there is an excessive saving on electricity in the hallways. Most of the time, the hall is dark and the light must be activated. The switch is hard to find because it must be searched in the dark. The outdoor parking does not fit to a 4 stars hotel at all. The second choice and the right one, is the underground garage. A big plus is the position of the hotel near the gondola.
I give only 4 starts because this is not a 4 stars hotel, it's rather 3. Food is good, the hotel its very clean and the employees are very kind. Also is placed near Bansko chair lift which is convenient.
Very good hotel, excellent food, friendly staff, satisfying spa. It is located 100m from the gondola.
This hotel is in a great position. Ski in and out.. more or less!! Food has been good and lots of choice. But it's always tepid. But apparently that's how they like it!! The only thing that lets it down is the staff. Not a bit friendly. You'll be lucky if you get a greeting of hello! There was just one girl on reception when we arrived and she was really helpful. Unfortunately can't remember her name!!
