The stay in this hotel I did in 2017 was an amazing experience that will be remembered for long. Luxury, class, pure pleasure and satisfaction. Will visit again when possible and when there's someone to go there with :) I doubt there's a better place to stay in Bansko, if money is no object.

Kempinski SPA is amazing and after long day of skiing is literally the best place to be.

Excellent spa-hotel.
The best sauna I've ever visited. Very clean rooms, spa area, pool. Superb indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Nice view of the mountains from the room. The room is old fashioned style but it’s really nice and pertinently. Every evening I spent the sunset on the balcony.
Big choice for breakfast, delicious food,attentive waiters.
All staff are very professional and friendly.
