Staff were great, they were friendly and went the extra mile for us when they didn't have to, that's what makes them 5 stars. Food was fine and drinks cheap. Rooms were clean, spacious and had a more traditional look (remember, it's not England's version of 3 stars). I liked how the bedrooms were furthest from the corridor so you shouldn't hear other guests. Spa area is pretty standard, does what it needs to do - helped with our aching muscles after a day on the slopes. It is a 10min walk from gondola, and we were carrying all our gear with us. The supermarkets nearby are cheaper than Aldo in the centre. Thanks again, guys, we're gutted our holiday had come to an end.

Relaxed and quite hotel with nice view and very close to the gondola station. Spacious rooms that are well heated and comfortable beds. 4 stars because its missing the sparkling cleanliness that you'd expect from a hotel, but totally worth its money, i would recommend it to anyone!
always stay here when in bansko.good views and short walk to nightlife n noise etc
