Overall a nice place. Rooms are large, beds are very comfortable. The pool is very nice and the water is warm enough to swim with kids. Didn’t like the attitude of the staff at the restaurant which was the reason for us to look for other places to eat during our stay.
This a very good and new hotel. The staff is very kind. It is very well positioned near the gondola departure, which is confortable for skiing. And above all it is one of the few hotel which can provide VIP skipass which saves you from the unimaginable queues at the entrance of the gondola.
Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, good service, food is decent, pool is nice but small and Spa is perfect.

The food was very good - very fast room service ( the restaurant was close , due covid restriction ) . The SPA was very clean , warm water in swimming pool - suitable for children
