Just to manage your expectations: it’s far from being 5*, or even a “boutique”. The hotel quality is in line with a fairly low price level.
Areas of improvement: showers are leaking, pillows are synthetic, closet doors and drawers are not working well, not enough plates and utensils and complete absence of kitchenware despite that there is a kitchenette, electricity went off once, there are not enough room key cards to have 2 cards per room, towels are greyish sometimes, tomato juice at a breakfast was off (soured) once, quality of bakery for bfast is quite bad, wooden pallets (partly painted) are being thrown into the restaurant fireplace instead of wood. I was surprised that coffee capsules were chargeable.
What we loved: the staff is nice and friendly, special thanks to Anton for helping with our requests, the rooms are big and spacious and there is enough space and shelves in the closet.
The hotel was great, it was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and made their best so that we feel at home.
The restaurant was great and the food was delicious.
The SPA of the hotel was good, the water in the pools were at very good temperature so that you are comfortable staying there for hours.
Definitely will go again there :)
Small and very comfortable hotel! You get everything you need. The water in swimming pool is always 29°. The staff is very kind and helpful! Very tasty dishes

I loved my stay at this hotel! The food was Delish! Every evening there was a dish i absolutely Could not have enough of: yesterday is was the lamb , the day before it was the beef! The rooms are very spacious and as we have a baby, it is great that there is a small kitchen in the room. Oh, plus there is a play room with adult supervision at the ground floor! I do not ski but with a spa in here I have enough to do!
