There were three fundamental things that elevated our stay at Lucky from good to epic, and these were:
1. The organized transfer from Sofia Airport directly to the hotel. Definitely a life-saver for someone who doesn't speak Bulgarian and struggles to find the safest mobility alternative around.
2. The super-comfortable shuttle service to the mountain top! It spared us hours of waiting in a queue and gave us the independence to organize our skiing just the way we liked it.
3. And boy, the spa zone was out of this world - even for someone who doesn't normally fancy these types of procedures. The shock bath was a life changer!
We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and acquaintances!
As a hardcore foodie, I can’t help but share how pleased I am with the restaurant and the menu we were offered during our brief stay at Lucky Bansko. Boy, the mussels Saint Jacques and the roasted ratatouille were out of this world! And let’s not even mention the precious wine list... Thank you for the first-rate gastronomic experience, blended with exceptional service and superb 5-star standards all the way around. We will definitely be coming back again soon - for longer this time!
We were a bit concerned while organizing our first ever family trip with our newborn son, so we chose to play on the safe side and book a 5-star hotel with an excellent reputation. Lucky Bansko absolutely stood up to its standards - the location, the facilities and the staff gave us the best weekend we’ve had in a long while. We enjoyed flawless organization, full equipment and support, good food, and a friendly atmosphere. We are happy to make good memories together, and we will definitely be coming back anytime soon!
We chose the 5-star aparthotel "Lucky Bansko Spa & Relax" for our honeymoon and we do not regret it! We felt wonderful. The hotel rooms have a kitchenette with all necessary utensils. Sometimes we stayed in the room late and we didn't miss anything. Otherwise, the services offered by the complex are up to standard. Our favorite was to rest in the salt room on the sun loungers with a book in hand, and there is pleasant relaxing music around. This week spent here made our happiness complete!
I got acquainted with the conditions at the Lucky Bansko Hotel when I had to come and pick up my son from the language camp. We stayed two more days and I found out why the child was delighted with his stay here. The hotel really offers everything to look forward to a 5-star luxury. Although briefly, we tried the food in all three restaurants, some of the treatments in the spa, and the pools, of course! We showed the child the sights of the town - its center is within walking distance of the hotel and our walk was pleasant and useful. I expected to try some of the typical Banskali dishes, which were missing from the menu of the main restaurant.
