Good quality hotel and Tavern. Beds are comfy and rooms are warm. The host is helpful, friendly and speaks very good English.
It was perfect.
I stayed at the House alone for a couple of days to get away from the crowds and recharge. I was looked after beautifully by Misho, together with his team, both in terms of the accommodation and the wonderful food being offered in the restaurant. The selection of dishes is interesting and varied, especially if you are keen on exploring something outside of the usual “shopska i skara” option (which is available everywhere in town/Bulgaria overall). While that can also be offered if you are keen, why not try “bombar” (a blood-sausage-like dish with a super-tasty tomato sauce). A fantastic experience overall - would highly recommend!
Excellent traditional bulgarian food. Lovely courtyard. Owner was happy to show us around the old house, where the restaurant is located. Highly recommended.
Stayed here for a week (family of four), very spacious and clean accommodation. The food is excellent and well priced. Michael is welcoming and helpful and serves up a good breakfast in the mornings. The evening meals are fantastic. Free and secure parking is a bonus as is Bruno the dog, who is so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
