Very well coming staff. The missing star for this modest kind of hotel, is the mattresses that were all quite overused
Good place
Very convenient location. The staff were polite, the pools plenty and at various temperatures. The spa is very beautiful. The pool area needs maintenance. The room was not very clean. The food was unacceptable. The bowling didn't work and the billiards were as if it didn't work. It is in the opposite building which is empty and frozen.
The hotel is neglected and the furniture is falling apart. The restaurant's system is a buffet dinner, and we have stayed out of free use. Everywhere, unruly shrieking children, running to do whatever they wanted, ran their teeth as their parents filled the dishes as unseen. If you are looking for tranquility and good service, I do not recommend this hotel.
