The hotel was great, it was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and made their best so that we feel at home.
The restaurant was great and the food was delicious.
The SPA of the hotel was good, the water in the pools were at very good temperature so that you are comfortable staying there for hours.
Definitely will go again there :)
It was wonderful our stay at this hotel, we talked previously with the manager and we asked for an offer and we got the best room with fireplace. Our first anniversary got the best moments at this hotel. We ordered room service and we got 20% off and the waiter was very helpful and kind. By the way, the staff was very polite and professional!
This a very good and new hotel. The staff is very kind. It is very well positioned near the gondola departure, which is confortable for skiing. And above all it is one of the few hotel which can provide VIP skipass which saves you from the unimaginable queues at the entrance of the gondola.

Very hospitable and kind service. Amazing, comfortable in modern design rooms. Lovely mineral water swimming pool and small private style sauna! Food and wine on top level! Good for summer & winter vacation!
We stayed three nights in the 7 pools hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was good and the room was clean and super spacious. The SPA area was great.
We had great time and will recommend it for sure. Great value for the price! :)
Firstly I have to mention the amazing food. I've never been so well fed! Dietary requirements were happily catered for and catered for extremely well. Each evening meal was well planned out and delicious with excellent portion sizes. We were greeted each day on our return by an amazing home made cake and snacks.
Everything was taken care of our transfers to and from the airport, lifts to the gondola, ski hire, ski pass etc Everything went super smoothly because of Rachael and Josh's excellent hosting.
The chalet itself is lovely, all rooms come as en suite and even the lower down rooms have amazing views. Super comfy sofas for relaxing in the evening in the living room. The Hot tub and Sauna were a welcome treat after a day skiing.
Would 100% recommend Snowflake Chalets even if you just go for the amazing food. A big thank you to Rachael Josh and Graham for making us feel so welcome and at home.
Excellent hotel with planty of things to do like hiking, mountaneering
Excelent conditions have a lot of activities the spa is good in the hotel is very clean but no dishies
Staying in Apt 27 and it has been excellent! Check-in was very smooth and the welcome pack was an unexpected bonus - Highly Recommended
Lovely place, very green and very comfortable. The yard is an invitation to relax during summer and the "mexana" is the perfect place for winter days. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast si plentiful and delicios (good homemade yogurt and other local products). Also, prices are more than ok. So if you are looking for a place to relax, far away from the noise but also close to the center, this is the place to be. :)

Amazing little hotel. Rooms are excellent, interior of the hotel very charming and cute without being kitsch. Excellent staff. Incredible breakfast. Highly recommend.

Really nicw stafd and apartments. Swecixe is frear. Quiet location with free parking.
Very tasty traditional bulgarian dishes.
Loved it and kids too. Especially the chicken soup.
Were in Chateau with 1.2.po 8.2.19 very much. Every morning there is a shuttle drive to the handball and back. Very warm attitude of the staff. And the SPA is super. I recommend buying dinner at the hotel (14 lev). I would like to note that the hotel is family-run, built in French style.
