The location is perfect, very quiet though close to noisy streets, downstairs you can find a great massage spot, enjoy! Across the street there is 7/11 store with all you can need. Staff was great, very friendly, smiling and helpful :) room very clean and nicely furnished.

4 Dang Derm Hotel

images
Nice hotel right in the middle of the action. Very easy 2am check in. Allowed us to have 5pm check out for small fee. Rooftop bar and pool looked nice (although we didn't use them). Not too much noise at night, comfortable and clean.
5 Lamphu Tree House Boutique Hotel

Amazing food and service! The pad tai is different from what I used to have. It’s sweet and so smooth that you can almost slurp it in without chewing. The coconut soup is great too. Love the relaxing ambience and the people working here. Getting the check or change can be a little slow, but that shouldn’t deter someone from coming
6 Let's Zzz Bangkok

Very nice hotel and very friendly stuff
Highly recommend.
Ideal value for money
7 Villa Phra Sumen

images
Such a lovely place to stay while in Bangkok. Gives a real break from the city noise and craziness. The rooms are nicely decorated and the building has a nice design. The garden is peaceful and beautiful, the staff friendly and the pool is the cherry on top. Great for couples or families.
8 Baan Noppawong

Nice place, nici location to approach Bangkok and nice people, not mentioning the company of squirrels for breakfast.
9 V Varee Bangkok

Our first room’s aircond was broken after an hour of checking in. We informed the management and went out for dinner straight after. When we came back, the receptionist informed us that they’ll have our room changed because of the issue. Very efficient management! Issue was solved while we were away. It was nice that they were taking this matter very seriously. There’s a deck at the hotel and gave us a very beautiful view of the river. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had to walk a few minutes to the hotel from the main road, but it was a good experience getting to see how people live around this area. Great and keep up the good work! Room 302
10 Chillax Heritage Hotel Khaosan

images
Chillax Heritage is a fantastic hotel in terms of quality and value in the area around Khao San. We’ve stayed in and around the area a number of times (over many months in total), in the full range of accommodation (backpacking in our 20s, holidaying in our early 30s) so we have a fairly balanced view of what’s on offer. Now in our late 30s, the location of the hotel is perfect in terms of being close enough walking distance to immerse in Soi Rambuttri and Khao San Road, but also a tourist-centric haven away from the hustle and bustle, and yet close to all the amenities and some of the tourist spots. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the swim-up bar makes your day. The views of the near rooftops and distant CBD from the pool are interesting. The gym is good enough (and probably more equipped than you may imagine). The rooms are fresh, well-equipped and comfortable. The baths are a delight, and the water pressure and heating are relatively fantastic. The aircon is powerful. The staff are remarkably helpful and polite (and we didn’t feel the need to be on our guard for being scammed or cheated), with many speaking a very good level of English. The only let-downs are the lack of views from the rooms, and the breakfast buffet, whilst plentiful and decent quality, was very repetitive (we ate out after a few days). We will stay here again, no doubt. It’s a rare gem.
11 Baan Kachitpan

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. Host was very gracious and welcoming. Our flight didn’t get into Bangkok until 1:30am, and the host, Pam, stayed up so she could give our driver directions and open the gate for us. Very close to a lot of the major Bangkok attractions and delicious street food.
12 Dinso Home Boutique Hotel

images
I give it 4 stars for its sense of hospitality as much as for the quality of amenities and service.
This is my 'go to' accommodation in Bangkok.
The restaurant serves delicious food, location cannot be beaten, it's generally quiet apart from the thin-walled small single rooms which can suffer from TV and snoring noise....These rooms are still pleasant however and is a mark of the success of this boutique style hostel/hotel.
Female and male only rooms are on separate floors, with a double room available on each. Top floor has larger rooms with great views.
Shared bathrooms are nicely designed and frequently empty so it feels like a private bathroom at times.
Baggage storage available. I really enjoy staying here as a working traveller. Public lounge areas are lovely allowing a pleasant working space. Add to that, a large, beautifully-presented breakfast (not 'free' by the way as described on main page) and you'll enjoy your start to the day.
13 Riva Surya Bangkok

images
Had the place virtually to ourselves due to covid . The room was as online booking photos. Lovely view across river.
Extras in the room which I personally thought are 5 star, coffee machine with capsules with decaf coffee and mugs all these I have never come across In my hotel stays (3-4 star).
Loved the big comfortable sofa on balcony.
Pool was beautiful
Couldn't comment on food as we eat out
Would definitely visit again
Also loved the personal touch of giving a thankyou card.
14 The Printing House Poshtel Bangkok

Here is such a secret gem in historical town of Bangkok. I found here last January and became my favorite spot ever because of great services and bartender is such a nice guy. Actually, I feel really comfortable to be here alone or with folks.
Hope the restaurant have a great promotion and marketing to make it lively like in last January.
Thanks for special Chang draft beer last night. It made my weekends!
15 Siri Oriental Bangkok Hotel

images
Stayed here for one night, had a super cute lobby and cafe. The bed was a little hard and the a/c didn't get quite cold enough but it was fine for just one night. Breakfast was great!
16 Siam Champs Elyseesi Unique Hotel

images
Loving it. Chic, clean, beautiful, staff super helpful and the bed is so comfy
17 Old Capital Bike Inn

images
Great boutique hotel close to many sightseeing spots. We stayed her as part of our „staycation“ to explore another part of Bangkok.
Rooms are not too spacious, but great with a lot of detail. Friendly owner/staff with perfect English (sometimes otherwise a little headache elsewhere).
Reasonable priced food which tastes very good.
We also did a little bike tour, which was great. My girlfriend (born and raised in Bangkok) even got to knew new spots for our next visit.
Definitely highly recommended if you’re looking for something else than the typical posh hotel, but rather looking for something with a lot of charm and detail.
18 Praya Palazzo Boutique Hotel Bangkok

images
Excellent service. I love the fact that the typical reception/concierge area is almost non existent (they do in room check-in). This makes you feel like staying in an actual home. And what a home! Great job on the renovation of such a charming building. Room is comfortable and well equipped. Lovely swimming pool. Will definitely come back.
20 The Raweekanlaya

Very good customer service. Friendly staff. The pool is small but good for family-size and intimate bonding. Clean atmosphere, plus the plants and trees around make the place more relaxing!
