Amazing! New building, smartly made rooms. Great breakfast. The service is especially great, the staff is polite and happy. Tip them fell as they do their job super well. Attention to the details in everything.
Stayed at Deluxe room and had the most amazing view ever. Stayed for 2 weeks and had access to well equipped gym and rooftop pool.
For the hotel management: great job on saving the environment. Would be nice to have a sign to not get towels changed everyday as well. Windows, mirrors and the microwave can be cleaned a little better ;)
We booked into the hotel while our condo underwent foundational maintenance. The reason we chose the hotel was because of the facilities such as the gym and pool. However, due to the 2nd wave of COVID19 we were told that the gym was strictly off limits and that the hotel would not reduce the rates despite charging a fee for facilities that are now no longer available to paying customers. Imagine our surprise to find that Thai guests were coming and going from the gym as freely as they wished. This is unacceptable hospitality service.
Recently was perfectly. I was there while on Covid-19 situation. So the hotel was a perfect service and indeed you so relaxed
Clean modern space in good location of the city. Staff are friendly and courteous. Good gym, pool and excellent breakfast.
View is good but service is poor , I stayed for 3nights and asked for corkscrew by phone call and go to the reception too but no response! !!
They just say yes ,
and the chair is so dangerous you can check the pictures ( they know it’s broken and they fixed by the green plastic belt ?! It’s so dangerous! )
How it happens they provide this broken chair ? I almost fell down and if I fell my head will be hurt !
Live in Thailand you really need a lawyer for daily life !
