Very good for value for money for this period. Very good staff especially in restaurant.
Friendly staff and quite close to pratunam market and affordable hotel. We got a spacious room there and the room is very clean. The only weak point is the toilet has a musty smell.
Friendly staff reception staff. Their shuttle service are very convenient, they can also pick up but only at selected point. Cleaner ladies are very courteous and friendly. They patiently put up with my repeated calls for items as I was sick on 3rd day with food poisoning and had stopped them from cleaning room. Breakfast was not luxury but menu changes everyday and is enough for a good filling stomach for the day ahead.
They had a fire drill and there’s someone on every floor to inform customers not to be alarm.
However, one have to walk a distance out to Pratunum area but when you do, it’s food and shops galore . It’s a hidden gem. Please keep up the good work . My first stay and I will be back again. Thank you
The staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel breakfast is supurb.room is clean and spacious. Provide transport service to nearby shopping mall.
Booked a room for January 2020, which I had to cancel due to changes to my trip. Cancellation was done in November 2019 and I still got charged on my Credit Card in January 2020. Today is 14th March still waiting for the refund. Hotel keeps telling me they will get to it soon. Seriously? Its March now.
