Had the opportunity to visit this hotel today not to stay there yet, while I can talk about location, impression, service, food and rooms -all perfect to me I must say- I must stress that I haven't stayed there yet. Location is right in the center of Bangkok, next to Siam Discovery, Siam Center and MBK. Ideal place if you want to travel by boat on the canal as the hotel stands right by a canal. Rooms are very well furnished, not the impersonal style we to often see at hotel chain. Furniture design is something you may remember for a while. All rooms I visited offer great amenities. I visited the restaurant just before lunch as food was being put on display. I couldn't have lunch as the restaurant was fully booked but what a display. Fantastic. I will try for sure. The garden with the pool area is best to relax with a coffee. Overall this hotel leaves me with great feelings and I hope to stay there soon.
Good food and staff, but needs a MAJOR renovation. Had to move rooms before settling in and was still disappointed. Wouldn’t stay again.
I went to the hotel's restaurant name Miss Siam. The service is pretty neat but the food doesn't taste so good. I highly recommend only the desserts. The scenery is nice.

Interesting building, an elegant piece of architecture surrounded by the city jungle of Bangkok. Inside it’s decorated in a glamour style with some Asian elements. It’s a high-class hotel, but the prices are not sky-high. Spacious rooms, exquisite breakfast and professional service.
The location is one of the main assets - the hotel is very close to two BTS lines, 14-minute walk from the airport link and right over the canal, where you can catch a local ferry for a few baht. Also right next to a couple of malls.
