Many staffs are very kind. It is the best place that MSH is located at near the subway station!
Used to live next door, was regular guest of their excellent spa. Too bad they have to close until 2022… :(

Amazing hotel. Loved every minute of our stay, view from our room was incredible, we got upgraded from a deluxe king to a double deluxe king. Hotel was fantastic, very tidy, very modern and super impressive. Breakfast was great, dinner on the rooftop superb and fantastic pool. Only problem was the drinks were quite expensive such as a mojito was 400 baht + 7% tax and a 10% service charge. I don't think they're keen on you waiting at the bar for the drink
The hotel has a very good location. The staff was very friendly. The all inclusive breakfast was very good. For the price of the hotel I would have expected the room to be in slightly better condition. The schluter's (metal trims) on the walls were all falling off which made the room look a little old and run down. There is a planter in the pool area in the corner that has no guard rails. If I child were to climb up they could potentially fall off the building. Overall the building could use some minor touch ups but I had a good stay. The location again is great.
