Our first room’s aircond was broken after an hour of checking in. We informed the management and went out for dinner straight after. When we came back, the receptionist informed us that they’ll have our room changed because of the issue. Very efficient management! Issue was solved while we were away. It was nice that they were taking this matter very seriously. There’s a deck at the hotel and gave us a very beautiful view of the river. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had to walk a few minutes to the hotel from the main road, but it was a good experience getting to see how people live around this area. Great and keep up the good work! Room 302

Service, prices, food and drinks.
Pleasant calm location by the river. Beautiful view of Rama VIII bridge. Food is delicious but beware the kitchen is closed between 10am-11am so forget brunch or a coffee in the morning. Unusual limitation for guests.
Ok food, low the river views, great and fun staff.. but not exactly quick to serve you a drink!! Be prepared to wait, or go to Starbucks. Rooms are clean-ish and some repairs may be needed. I’m nit picking tho!! It was overall good enough to stay during lockdown!! I may come back next year...
