Near to market. Rooms were little less spacious. But liked the location and value for money.
The hotel is only as nice till the reception. It's functional, if u don't need much. Bed is OK, but soundproofing is really bad. You can even hear your next door running water to brush teeth, every single word.
Its not near to bts too, except the airport rail link which you need to walk along a railway track. Alot of massage places though.
I have been there in 2013 and 2014. Smart small well decorated boutique hotel very close to Pratunam Market area. A beautiful lobby, simple breakfast, kind and helpful staff as usual in Thailand. Rooms are a bit noisy ( too thin plasterboard walls). Less expensive then a 4 star hotel, more then a budget hotel: you get as much as you spent for.
