They also have a hostel, it's just 300 Bath (~10 USD) per night.
I can only review the coffee and customer service because we did not stay here. The coffee is fabulous. While enjoying yet another morning here I was pondering whether there was anything that could improve this cappuccino and the answer was No. It is perfect. The price is higher than some you can find but I have not found any to match the quality. The service is great and the staff so welcoming. I do not see how anyone could even consider going to the Starbucks after trying Tales Cafe.
The staff is nice, the product of good quality BUT I was so disappointed to see the iced peach tea come into a plastic glass :( and it wasn't a take away (4/5 because of the use of single use plastic, sorry :/)
Everything else is really nice, room super clean, comfortable, the mattress is a little hard but still comfy for me. I recommend!
