Best Hotel in budget price centrally located for shopping and moving to other areas. The staff was really very friendly and helped alot the hotel was maintained well will surely recommend this hotel to everyone.
Wifi doesn't work properly, no network, terrible service. Couldn't stay there for more than 2 hours.
Hi, this time it is a horrible experience in Lime light hotel. Earlier also i visited the hotel where the name was Maya International and that time i had a scary experience.If i came to know during booking that both are same, I will not go for this. I had given so many complain on that but no further actions.
1. First day I was given Suite Room 202 where current is coming in the tap and we did not dare to use the toilet in night. in morning, with so much fear in mind, we manage any how. The hotel manager committed me that it will get rectified in the evening. in evening, they changed the room (MR Imram informed me about that over phone). the new room 102, is smaller and no where called as suite room. I called Mrs Rohma who told me
a. You can shift to another standard room
b. we can't do any thing and we can't refund also
c. You can go any where for complain
What an attitude to talk to the customer?
While i talked to MMT executive, Mr Prashant suugest me that this sort of incident happen, you should adjust with hotel etc etc. Next morning Mr Imran who is GM of the hotel, told me why you are calling me in night? you should contact the mamanger for this. I told while you had alloted the room, you should check the room whether every things are working or not? and he is very rude and started shouting on us.
My questions are that how MMT make tie up with such low standard hotel without verifiction?
How your CSR Mr Prashant suggest me on behalf of Hotel? he should be rusticated immediately as he is spoiling MMT reputation and culture.?
Why MMT can't refund if customer is in serious problem in the hotel? Why MMT will bound the customer to stay in the hotel where there are so many inconveniences?
I have a pathetic experience with hotel as well as MMT and this is not acceptable. Though i complain on 17th Aug but till now nothing happened and no one called me. all complaints are in open stage. I will not suggest any one to stay in that hotel. Also my collegue lost the costly T shirt from that hotel. Please stay away from that hotel.
For a budget hotel it's good just to crash out in the night only thing is that check your room as you may find cockroaches.
