Very good hotel and their services are awesome. Studio room with kitchen and balcony. Rooms are decorated really very well and spacious. All hotel members are very nice and supportive. Food is costly so better to include your meal at the time of booking. Buffet was good and you will get varieties. Sharing few photographs.
An awesome place to stay. Rooms are very well maintained and almost all the rooms have a small kitchen where the guests can cook their own food. Infinity pool, bar, spa, gym and also play area for kids are there in this hotel. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended place!
There were no bathrobes or towels or slippers kept . We asked for help multiple times with the wifi but no one came up. The AC went out in the middle of the night and we had to get someone to come fix it.. Breakfast was good. Could have been better . Pool was filled with cigarette buds
The hotel is really nice, feels like a 5 star but if you stay there you'll know why it's not a 5 star hotel. I had breakfast and dinner both included in the booking and the food was not bad. Some of the issues I faced was the phone was not working and the plugs had some problem which made it almost impossible to put a charger in them but they rectified this issue. One more problem I faced was that they were a bit late in getting my luggage from the lobby to the rooms. I booked 1 room for less than 4k Rs which is kind of on the cheaper side so I can overlook some of these things. I would give them 3.5 stars but as I like to give positive reviews so giving 4 :).
We had an awesome stay at the hotel. From chech-in to check-out we felt so at ease. It was refreshing experience over a weekend. We enjoyed dinner and fulfilling breakfast and chilled at room only for rest of the day. I do want to appreciate Soumiya ( at reception) who made our stay very comfortable from check-in itself. He is very good with customers I would stay. People at Asia Alive were also very courteous. Looking forward to visit again.
