The standards are not as per a 4 star hotel. The washroom wasn’t very clean and when I asked the room serve, they just said that it’s the cleanest they can offer. The cleanliness was worse than a one star hotel. The staff is helpful but very very slow. When I checked in, the key didn’t work. I asked them and they took 15 minutes to fix it and all the time they just kept me waiting next to the door with luggage. Same goes for when I asked for water bottle , they took much more time to deliver bottled water. For me it was worth for the price I paid (less than 2k). Otherwise you get much better experience for a 4 star hotel.

TERRIBLE POLICIES WITH THE DUTY MANAGER TRAINED TO GIVE SARCASTIC REPLIES.
I've stayed here for a couple of days. Two hours after checking-in, the duty manager has called up and requested for a change of room citing that another guest has requested for the room in the same floor.
I had to leave the hotel on the night of day 2 to meet a friend without any request to clean the room nor to collect any clothes for laundry. I have returned to hotel the next day morning only to find out that the door of my room is kept open by the hotel staff. I've called the front desk for the reason to do so. Instead of apolozing for their mistake they started giving me excuses in the name of laundry collection and cleaning the room. "The room was neither cleaned nor any laundry was picked."
The duty manager has the audacity to pass on sarcastic comments and was telling me that I can go ahead to file a complaint in the consumer court.
@thechanceryhotel, its high time you train your staff and duty managers to address the customers in a way they are supposed to be addressed.
The perfect room for two. Clean and hygienic, their room service was quick however had to ask for a lot of things separately and even though they say it's possible to extend the checkout time for a few hours in the booking offer it's hardly the case.
