The Stay here is nice for short term. Service also was good. The rooms are relatively big. Maintenance should have been carried out maybe in my room where I stayed.
Its located in a prime location very near to satellite bus stand.
There is one restaurant operating below the Hotel too.
Firstly I urge Oyo not to certify hotels which do not comply to Oyo policies. The hotel asked us to pay additional money when we reached the hotel. Receptionist told us that we should NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE if we don't want such trouble. This was shock to us! Your customer support person didn't provide proper resolution at that time. We paid him additional amount as we didn't want any last minute changes with our booking. Hotel room condition was so poor. There were cockroaches roaming in our bed. There was absence of cleanliness in the room. I once again request you that PLEASE BE STRICT while certifying the hotels.
Located at prime area on the main road. Ambience is good but maintainance is worst. Rooms walls and beds are dirty. Have Bed Bugs on the bed and pillows looks very old like years aged and brownish. Front desk person and staff are polite. They have to improve much in maintainance and cleaniness.
After a long journey you arrive this place and you find the worst hotel in your life. Of you ask for the WiFi password they give you a lame excuse that the modem is not working, okay that can be excused. You do not have many channels available. The restroom for us broken that it can't be locked. Yes, you also get company in you restroom. If we said about the rat once again they gave a lane excuse that it might have come from the broken window. And, if we ask them to clean the restroom, the told that they will be cleaning out only after 10:am. Also, you a little parking space. Seriously
