Hotel has parking facility in the centre of the city(even some luxurious hotels are not providing parking facility) located with greenery environment which gives more convenience for comfortable staying and the rooms are maintained clean and neat with good infrastructure. Hot water is provided for 24X7. Staff's behaviour and hospitality is good with security protection
I had a really great experience here.
- Friendly staffs : they arranged an extra bed , got us hot drinking water on demand.
- Parking for 4 wheeler was provided.
- Did not have restrictions on visitors.
- Breakfast was decent ( it was complimentary service)
- Beds were super comfy and cozy, good air conditioning.
Only thing I am not that satisfied is hot water in shower, still couldn't figure when or how turn that thing on quite weird. I think they should guide us on how that works at first place.
Fabulous staff! The service is really good every time and the rooms are very clean..
It looks alright but you know the issues only once you stay there. Horrible service. The manager is never to be found. They are looking to save every penny possible at the cost of the customer. Hardly any channels come on the TV and they do not recharge even after asking multiple times. They seem to have recharged with the lowest pack available, not even popular channels like Star plus, Zee TV have been paid for. You have to ask them to turn on hot water every time you need it. Unclean bedsheets. Constant chattering all day and night long. No peace. Don't waste you time and money here. HORRIBLE!
