One the best amongst affordable ones. Booked on OYO.
The phone number might be unreachable sometimes. But don't worry, if you had booked via OYO you won't lose your room to someone else.
We love the hotel. The service from the reception and staff was excellent.They are very welcoming and friendly and our stay was so relaxing.We are really very happy with the service provided by the staff. Keep up the good work.

The front office staff (evening shift) was very rude. Their management seems not only faulty but fraudulent as well.
1. Over the phone, they guaranteed me a late checkout when we checked in, they refused to give us a late checkout.
2. Air-conditioning was denied. When we asked for air-conditioning, they were asking for 500 INR extra. We have to argue with him that it is clearly mentioned on the Makemytrip website.
3. I had booked for a deluxe suite as per Makemytrip but was given the standard room.
4. The hotel does not have a short walking distance to NIMHANS unlike their description unless you are someone like Milkha Singh.
5. The bathroom did not have a door lock. The door remained open, always.
