It's a good hotel for initial stay like a week or couple of weeks. Breakfast is good. Cleaning Service is very good. Good response from reception guys especially SUMATHI mam where she greets everyday with a big smile. overall environment is good
We experienced a very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel staff was very kind, polite, and helpful. Rooms are clean. The hotel is good in terms of security. A good place to stay when in Bangalore. :)
The stay was one of the most comfortable and homely... The staff is extremely friendly.. Kunal and his team is extremely efficient, dedicated and super supportive towards their guests... Highly recommended.. from the housekeeping guru and Chandan are great.. ... Actually these are the guys I personally had interaction else kudos to the entire Silicrest staff.... U guys are doing a great job... Highly recommended place to stay in Bangalore... !!! Last but not the least the location is Just perfect... Centre of the City...!!
To be honest amazing staff...excellent service...timely service...cleanliness hotel is very clean, well maintained in every room is great to have,big beds , bathroom and toiletries of good quality, breakfast food quality was good have had compared to other 3star hotels. The best place to stay and great location even for the locals if they want to get pampered and looking for something within Especially house keeping supervisor Mr. Ravi Kumar is very good polite is extremely courteous & gentlemen
Nice budget Hotel in Koramangala area. Truely a friendly staff. I requested for late check-out and they have accepted politely. I will stay with them for future travel.
