I was staying here for business purpose and our team is bunch of young guns. We felt everyone was good here until there was a guy at the buffet counter for billing felt he was bit rude towards us. We were staying here for a week and everyday he would ask us same question that are you guys staying with us(suspiciously). Most of the staff was so humble that they recognized us by our faces. I hope that one guy won't make others that uncomfortable. Rest everything is perfect in here!
Me and my family went for buffet lunch to Nook restaurant in Aloft. I have been to all the 5 star restaurants in Bangalore but this was the worst experience so far. The menu was like in roadside restaurant. Management should put attention if they want maintain their brand. I would prefer to go to other 5 star brands next time.

We were here for our friend's anniversary. We requested for a cake as it was late and shops around were closed and we thought being a premium hotel we would get one complimentary as most other hotels have done it earlier.
After several requests they made a small cake for us and it tasted yukkkk!!

I hosted my son's rice ceremony party in this hotel. Booked a banquet hall here.
Food, service everything was awesome. Will recommend all my friends to host their party here. Thanks to all the people who helped to make the rice ceremony a grand success.
