I was enjoying my stay in this hotel. Rooms are very clean and neat with all arrangements. Great service with quick response and much affordable tariff. The experience was nice ... good to stay ...i loved the rooms and every thing was working perfectly, Hotel was placed at an easily accessible location.
Staff was helpful and polite.
Room was clean and tidy.
Internet facility was available.
Overall, good value for money.
Unethical practice with a very rude greedy person Mr.ESWARA R behind the desk at the reception!!!
So I had made an online booking through make MMT app for 3 days and wanted an early check in , so contacted the Oyo customer care ppl who confirmed with the hotel that the rooms were AVAILABLE and I would have to pay an extra of only 30% of what I had payed online.
Unfortunately for me it was a different story altogether when I reached the hotel on 21/2/2020 morning.

1. DENIED to give me the room which was available , despite me being ready to pay 30 % extra
2. DEMANDED extra money from me as 30% isn't apparently profitable for them
2. DENIED to speak to the Oyo customer care ppl from my phone initially
3. LIED to Oyo ppl that rooms weren't available
5. Tried to unethically charge me early check in charges for 2 days instead of just check in day!!
I understand the hotel has good infrastructure, that's the main reason I chose this hotel. But unless u want to get insulted my the management especially this man, I suggest you look for better places !!
I had a nice experience with this hotel. The staff is well behaved and of helping nature. We had some issues with bathroom but the staff fixed it immediately. The location is safe for ladies who are travelling alone and at night. The restaurant offered good and reasonable priced food. Happy and satisfied with the visit
Was a great one night stay. They provided us will all the amenities listed. Even the tv was working which had a connection like chrome cast or firestick. We watched movies and played songs too. The view wasn't soo good but the rooms were neat and beautiful with great light settings.
Bathrooms were clean and posh.
Everything was great.
Rooms was clean and had all the facilities like cupboard, one table chair, tv with free wifi, ac,locker, mini water heater,mini fridge and bathroom was clean provided with hair dryer.They also have a restaurant below, food was very good and staff was friendly. Nice hotel closeby Ksr Railway station.Overall had a great stay. Thanks clove boutique Hotel.
