For our wedding anniversary my wife and I went for a stay at ITC gardenia.
We were amazed with the hospitality and the kind of welcome they gave us. As it was our anniversary, there was a special treatment given to us. Our room was decorated with balloons and cake.
The room was comfortable and the icing on the cake was the massage chair the balcony.
The food was great and the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to others :)
The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Bangalore again, we would definitely stay here again! Duty manager Ms. Stella was very helpful and Polite, we had a smooth check-in & check-out. Food in K & K restaurant was very delicious. Travel Desk was very helpful for letting us know places in & around Bangalore. The hotel car which we travel was very Hygienic.
I had celebrated my anniversary here.The Italian food was extraordinarily amazing. The ambience of the restaurant was wonderful. The service was excellent. My overall experience was just wow. Would highly recommend this place to everyone and will surely come back here.
I attended a marriage betrothal function in the evening. Nice ambient in the middle of the city. Big hall and better organized. Cleanliness and hospitality are of good standard. The food was also nice. What I suggest is the food taste can be improved.
I don't think the ITC gardenia's restaurant host/hostess are up to mark. I have been trying to reach the restaurant for over an hour and the call never gets answered. Sometime it goes to In Room Dining and other time there's no response at all. I tried asking the operator to connect me to the restaurant manager, which she did, but still no response from them. What's the point of having a phone if it cannot be answered? It's a better idea to introduce online reservation system (if you don't have it already) because the call just doesn't work.
