If you looking for a cozy and peaceful stay , this property is the one you can opt for. I personally liked the place because of its neat and organized rooms managed by very friendly and we'll mannered staffs. And the best part is they have an in-house kitchen where the food is so yumm....
It is 4 star hotel located at a prime location near Yelahanka. The rooms are spacious and with decent view. The overall ambience of the hotel is great. They serve complimentary breakfast and also have lunch and dinner buffet at the restaurant down stairs. Room service is good. They inform at the time of order if a dish is going to take more time to be prepared. Their room service menu prices are reasonable with a lot of variety. Staff is really hospitable they accommodated our request for early check-in and late check out. The only thing I didn't like is their tea rest everything was good..
Overall it was a nice stay..

Not giving a 5 star only for two reasons: shower in my room didn't work well. And it was very difficult to reach the management / staff for an issue.

The experience was nice ... good to stay ...i loved the rooms and every thing was working perfectly, Hotel was placed at an easily accessible location.
Staff was helpful and polite.

For our wedding anniversary my wife and I went for a stay at ITC gardenia.
We were amazed with the hospitality and the kind of welcome they gave us. As it was our anniversary, there was a special treatment given to us. Our room was decorated with balloons and cake.
The room was comfortable and the icing on the cake was the massage chair the balcony.
The food was great and the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to others :)
Good rooms and services. A great budget hotel in the heart of the premium area. Cleanliness great, rooms great, bed, breakfast great. One can easily go there and stay without any 2nd thought. 5 storey hotel with the restaurant on the top with natural AC. Amazing experience. See the outside view.
Very good hotel and their services are awesome. Studio room with kitchen and balcony. Rooms are decorated really very well and spacious. All hotel members are very nice and supportive. Food is costly so better to include your meal at the time of booking. Buffet was good and you will get varieties. Sharing few photographs.
Polite and Down to Earth Staff. South Indian People are just Awesome. Clean rooms and fair price. You can trust the staff with the answers to your questions about the Taxi fare,etc.,

But, Trinity Suites has an outstanding staff, every time providing you whatever u look for.
Also the rooms and are neat and tidy, talking about FOOD, I have highlighted it in bold only because I have never had such awesome food quality in any hotel till now - from breakfast to dinner, everything was so tasty and finger licking.
Highly recommended - Location is so calm as well.
