Room is good but for service it so bad i think.
Cool place to stay when travelling to Bandung.
Its located in the strategic place.. I love food, and I could find a lot of food nearby this hotel, even in the middle of the night.. The hotel is clean enough.. and the services are good..
We've already booked and paid for 2 rooms, but apparently they don't have any rooms anymore and so they cancel our booking. The service was bad. They don't give any compensation and doesn't want to take any responsibility. They keep blaming their external management company. I came directly to Bandung straight from the airport and don't have another place to go. Now it's 5 o'clock in the morning and I need to search rooms for my babies because of this.
I ordered a jug of water at the reception desk, but hours later i still haven't got my water jug. then I reminded my order through the phone, but I still didn't get any water jug until I checked out. I knew they could do better service than what I have received.
