Vacation to Bandung and stay at the GrandTebu hotel, near the hotel there are many places to eat so you don't need to bring a vehicle if you want to find food, in this hotel there are also gym facilities that are being closed due to the pandemic and a swimming pool which is small in size but quite cool because it uses glass on the edge of the pool. soft and comfortable bed equipped with 4 pillows.
a little note when staying in this hotel is the rain head shower seems clogged so the water flow is not too fast.
Guess passing through the lobby WITHOUT BODY TEMP CHECK (esp at night). One time I got checked in the afternoon, the termo gun seem not to be working, the staff took a while to check my temp and not tell me how is it
Service is bad, receptionist never pick up our call. In addition to wi-fi pretty slow. One room only got one card, additional get charged 50k deposit
Worst experience ever
1. No covid protocol, passed through main entrance 2x with no security stand by for checking temperature
2. Only one lift operational servicing 18 levels making us waiting for 10 minutes every time using the lift
with fully loaded passengers every time
3. Many guests not use masks
4. Booked 2 rooms for 2 days, checked out after one night with terrible experience plus no refunds (no problem must leave immediately)
Location and room are good ... But surprisely there is no Covid19 Health Protocol at swimming pool area ... Too many people in the pool ...
