We stayed at here on December 2019. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We asked to have connecting room & thankfully they can managed it. Strategic place. Side by side with Paskal 23 mall. They have various breakfast in the new year's day. We love our moments staying here during our new year vacation. Thank you.

The breakfast they provided was good. This place is good for staycation. However, I'm not recommend their special lunch or dinner menu offered during promo when I booked this accomodation (via arch*pel4go application).
Worth the price. If you need a budget hotel, this hotel is just right. It is in the area of Paskal hypersquare, so you can walk 2 minutes to the 23 Paskal mall and 10 minutes to the hype food court area.
I have regular medication at RS Santosa Intl Hospital, so I regullarly choose the accomodation. That night accidently I have severe bleeding on the white bed and floor. All crew that night was extremely helpful, they provide wheel chair for taking me to the car and even take care for everything so that my husband can prepare and wait in the car.
During the checkout my husband was ready to pay the fine because my blood has damaged the bed sheet and blanket maybe even the bed, but they said he didn't have to because it was pure accident.
We couldn't thank them enough, and were genuinely touched by how everyone treated us that night. It has been the most amazing experience we ever have.
Good location and part of an integrated business complex of Paskal Hypersquare. Good price of room and good service too. At the lobby terrace there's a coffee corner, Kawitna. Here, you can enjoy the regular coffee, flavor coffee and variety of single origin coffee from west java. V60 natural cikuray coffee and kopi gula aren are highly recommended. Price ..very reasonable but good quality.
