For this humble look hotels, the amenities and services are excellent. Cozy place and strategic location, especially if you need attend your hospitalized family in Borromeus Hospital. The price also so affordable.
Most of the time I spen the time in this comfort place. I knew them since still single until married and have 2 child.
Well... I don’t know where to start but this hotel really lack of customer service. I paid for Good Room but they gave me Simple Room which is downgraded. Talked to receptionist but the guy said i need to call Agoda directly since he only proceed as the voucher he got and he said actually the hotel isn’t having business relationship with Agoda but again, who cares seriously? The hotel still listed in Agoda! These people are really need to pay attention closely in their business. From customer point of view, I really have no interest to know their internal issue, like seriously. Absolutely will not back to this hotel.
The hotel is relatively cheap and has good designs

Eventhough the lobby and layout's room is not my style at all, room size quite big (family size).
