Bad experiences, when reach room, working chair is missing, and their wc door is opening to the wrong side (its not opening to the washtafel, and towards the shower instead)
Food tastes bad. Also when booked in agoda, they are not mentioning that the breakfast will be room services instead of buffet. Not too friendly FO, also their hot swimming pool only open at weekend (we stay at friday not counted as weekend).
I enjoy the beautiful architecture of this hotel. I like the quick response of all the hotel'staffs
Good decor, but abyssmal service. They don't even have hair comb, only one soap that is wet, shampoo didnt even work well, the blinds for the bathroom window was broken as well and the wifi was slow. Was dissapointed at best, but great decor though!
Nice interior decoration, good location, good price.
To be honest, we quite disappointed with the hotel facilities. Such as incomplete toiletries, the room is not that clean, there is no spoon in the room for our tea, really not representing 4 stars hotel. You should be better. Smh
