Liked it! If only there were water heater though, Bandung's water is quite cold.
The place was really comfy and the staffs were very helpful. The place itself is very strategic. It was really really worth the price, near street food stalls too so you won't starve. My sister and I loved it. I'd come back, yes.
So much to say.. basically, so many things to improve, especially cleanliness and service..
The atmosphere is kinday spooky as well..
This was my first time stay in this Hotel and will never ever come to this place anymore.
I stayed with 1 another person and they didn’t prepare towels. When I asked they only give me 1 TOWEL, the reason wad riddiculous, they said THE TOWEL WAS all used and being laundried?? And they promised will gave me the other towel one hour later. But till that time we didnt get that towel???!! I asked them again on 10pm they said the same reason. I called them again on 7am in the morning they said the SAME THING OVER AGAIN.

Pros,
Location easy to find and near to every where. Perhaps, during covid 19 almost of places are closed and early closed. Reception staff very friendly especially a female staff during my checked in and checked out time. I believe I have been upgraded to deluxe room since my room very big, my son's love to run in the room based on all my request (high floor) and connecting room.
Cons,
Swimming pool and resto are closed, my son's bit disappointed. Room not too clean well. Sheer curtains are big torn, bed sheet also not too fresh. Bathroom amenities are limit. No coffee sachet or tea bag. Overall love stay here. Will come back again in near future if s.pool already open. Thanks Gino Feruci Bandung
Deluxe room is spacious. But not clean enough. Taste of foods is good.
