One of the staff is shouting at me for bringing an extra guest which we dont know at the time, asked for a double bed upgrade but he said he cant, already contacted the HQ and they said we were supposed to be given an upgrade, wasted 3 hours of my time complaining to no avail.
As for the room and the place it feels homey and very comfortable, and the others staffs are actually friendly, talked to them and that 1 staff is kinda annoying too.
If you would like to have a cheap and homey place to rest, u can think of getting it here, but to my personal taste, with the horrible service, i wouldn't recommend it
Clean and cozy, as always.. The staffs were so friendly and informative. Unfortunately, at the quiet night time, the staffs were cleaning the bathroom and it was too noisy, ugh bc my pod is near to the bathroom also. But, overall great!!!
